Skype For Business Mac Profile Picture Not Showing
While in a peer-to-peer session between a Windows Skype for Business client and a Mac Skype for Business client, and sharing is started by the Mac Skype for Business client, the Windows Skype for Business client will not be able to see the Mac user's desktop if VBSS is disabled in the environment. When users update the photo in the share point portal which is SharePoint online. It's reflecting in outlook and SharePoint but it not reflecting in the Skype for business client for all the users. Users are using the Skype for business client and some of them can able to see the new picture and some of them can't able to see them.
Personal Status Message

Manually Setting Presence
Selecting the drop-down menu beneath your name provides you with a selection of presences to set for yourself including available, busy, do not disturb, be right back, off work and appear away.
Sync Presence with Outlook Calendar
- Click on the Lync icon, then at the top-left of your desktop, click Lync >Preferences
- Click on Account
- Under “Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Settings,” check Update my presence based on calendar information
Change Presence Status Timing
If you want to change the amount of time before your presence status will be changed to Inactive or Active, follow these steps:
- Click on the Lync icon, then at the top-left of your desktop, click Lync >Preferences
- Click on Account
- Check Show me as away when I am Inactive for this many minutes
- Adjust the number for your desired time
