How To Open Cheat Console On Mac For Sims 4

Note that enabling cheats will disable Xbox achievements and PlayStation trophies! PC achievements can still be earned with cheats enabled. To do this, we will be entering the code testingcheats on into the console. Once you have it typed or pasted in, press enter to submit the command. You just entered your first Sims 4 cheat. The Sims 4 Codes & Cheats List (PC, Mac)

Here’s how to unlock all The Sims 4 codes and cheats in this awesome life sim game. All unlockables below should work for the PC & Mac versions unless otherwise indicated.

The lists below give you the reward you get in the game, followed by the cheat code. Lists are ordered alphabetically and based off The Sims 3 so most will work in The Sims 4.

Cheat Codes

How to unlock the Command Console in The Sims 4:

While playing the game, press on the CTRL + SHIFT + C keyboard buttons on PC* at the same time to display the cheat console window. In that text box (comes up in the corner), type the below listed cheat codes in and hit the ENTER key to get the desired effect.

*If you’re playing on Mac, there the CTRL key is the CMND key.

The code is followed by — Its effect on the game:

Confirmed cheat codes.

kaching — Get 1,000 more Simoleons added to your household funds.

rosebud — Get 1,000 more Simoleons added to your household funds.

motherlode — Get 50,000 more Simoleons added to your household funds.

Death.toggle — Disables Death so your Sims cannot die.

FreeRealEstate on [or off] — Can be entered at neighborhood/world. If on, all homes are available free of cost.

resetSim [first name here] [last name here] — Returns Sims to a safe, neutral state at their home location.

headlineeffects on [or off] — Shows or hides the plumbobs and talk/thought balloons above a Sim’s heads (called headline effects).

fullscreen on [or off] — Turns full-screen on or off.

fps on [or off] — Shows the framerate in upper right corner.

Pressing the “Shift” button and the “]” button at the same time. — Increases the size of objects.

quit — Exits the game.

help — Shows all the cheats in The Sims 4 like this list does.

testingcheats true [or false] — This lets you to use more cheats.
Right away after entering “testingcheats true” and pressing the ENTER button, you must type “cas.fulleditmode” and press the ENTER button on the cheat console window again. Now you’re able to use all CAS abilities. These Interaction Cheats are listed below and are available by pressing the Shift button and Clicking on objects and Sims.

Shift Clicking on Sims:

Reset Object – Resets Sim.
Add to Family – Add the Sim to the current family.
Cheat Motive > Make Happy – Sets all motives to full and sets Mood to Happy.
Cheat Motive > Enable Motive Decay – Allows motives to change dynamically.
Cheat Motive > Disable Motive Decay – Allows motives to remain static.

Shift Clicking on Objects:

Reset Object – Rests Object.

Zhiyun crane 2 firmware update 2019. Shift Clicking Dirty-able Objects:

Make Dirty – Makes object dirty.

Shift Clicking on Dirty Objects:

Make Clean – Makes object clean.

Shift Clicking Mailbox:

Reset Object – Resets Mailbox.

Shift Clicking the Ground:

Teleport Me Here – Teleports selected Sim as close to the clicked spot as possible.

Shift Clicking Sims:

Modify in CAS – Allows editing of everything but name change and inherited traits.

Closing the cheat console window tip: How to exit the cheat box once you’re done entering cheats? Exit by pressing the CTRL + SHIFT + C keyboard buttons again. This lets you continue playing the game.

jokePlease — Prints a random joke to the console.

unlockOutfits on [or off] — This must be entered before going into CAS. Shows career outfits and service uniforms.

~~familyfunds [Familyname] # — Add or extract money for a chosen family.~~

slowMotionViz 8 [down to 0] — Puts visuals in slow motion. 0 is normal, with 8 being the slowest. Does not affect the speed of time in-game.

enablellamas on [or off] — Unknown result, it doesn’t seem to do anything, so it might be a joke.
